Shy is a leading practitioner in the field of investment funds, advising institutional investors, investment managers and major financial organizations on the establishment, structuring and ongoing operation of a wide range of investment vehicles in Israel and abroad. He has extensive experience navigating complex regulatory frameworks and provides strategic counsel on fund governance, compliance and cross-border investment activity.

Shy is also highly regarded for his work in credit financing, regularly advising on the structuring, negotiation and execution of sophisticated financing arrangements for prominent Israeli market participants.

Before joining the firm, Shy served as an associate at a top-tier Israeli law firm, where he focused on capital markets and M&A transactions.

He has been an integral part of the firm since its inception in 2014.
