Zita has significant experience in M&A transactions across various sectors, from conducting legal due diligence to managing the closing and implementation of transactions. Her experience includes coordinating projects involving the acquisition of foreign regulated entities and investments in such entities across multiple jurisdictions.

She also has extensive experience in financial regulatory matters, having participated in several projects related to the regulatory and compliance aspects of financial markets. These include corporate restructuring of regulated entities, advising on innovative digital solutions, and cross-border service provision by regulated entities.

Zita’s areas of expertise include corporate law, and she is also experienced in labor law matters and bankruptcy proceedings.

Zita obtained her law degree from Eötvös Loránd University. She also studied at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. Zita joined EY in 2018 after gaining professional experience at a Hungarian law firm with an international client base.
