Frank Rutgers has been with Louwers IP&Tech Attorneys at Law since June 2017. Frank advises and litigates for clients in the areas of IT law, the Trade Secrets Protection Act and Intellectual Property Law. In addition to his work at Louwers IP&Tech Advocaten, Frank is active in various community initiatives. He works a lot with startups/scale-ups and has a lot of experience in collaborations with educational/knowledge institutions.

Frank combines his work as a lawyer with his work at ehvLINC, a legal incubator for startups based in Eindhoven of which he is one of the founders. Louwers IP&Tech Advocaten is one of the partners in ehvLINC.
