Joram van den Berg is a partner within the corporate law practice at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh and specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and venture capital. He has extensive experience in advising on complex domestic and international transactions and is known for his pragmatic approach, strategic insight and focus on his clients’ commercial interests.

Joram advises companies, private equity firms and entrepreneurs on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, governance issues, joint ventures and restructurings. He supports clients throughout the entire process, from strategic preparation and negotiations to the successful completion and implementation of transactions. In addition, Joram regularly advises management teams on their co-investment alongside private equity shareholders.

Before joining Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh, Joram worked at Houthoff, where he was based at the offices in Rotterdam and New York, and subsequently worked at HVG Law.
