Yvette advises clients on a wide range of financing transactions and restructurings, often in distressed situations. She also regularly litigates on financing and insolvency related matters. Before joining Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh in 2021, Yvette worked for six years at a leading Benelux law firm in London and Amsterdam. She also gained valuable experience during secondments at a bank, working in the financial restructuring & recovery and asset-based finance departments.
