Sander specializes in resolving commercial and corporate disputes. He acts in matters involving contracts, acquisitions, joint ventures, liability and mass claims. His clients operate across a wide range of sectors and include (portfolio) companies, private equity firms, investors and entrepreneurs.

Sander began his legal career at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek (2013–2019). During this period, he was seconded for nine months to Shell International Litigation. Before joining Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh, he worked as a legal officer at the court of appeal Den Haag (2019–2020) and as a lawyer at Ysquare (2020–2025).
