Doortje Ninck Blok has been an attorney at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh since February 2017.

Since 2004, she has gained extensive experience in various positions in the fields of state aid and public procurement law at the Dutch national government. In this role, she acted as senior adviser at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, assisting various municipalities and provinces in state aid proceedings before the European Commission. Doortje regularly publishes in professional journals on current topics relating to state aid, competition and procurement law. In addition, she provides knowledge sessions in these areas of law for, among others, the Academy of European Law, Tilburg University and various in-house client organizations. She also chairs and organizes the state aid roundtable, together with several regional law firms.
