Joost Kooren has extensive experience in national and international mergers and acquisitions and has been a lawyer since 2011. He joined Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh in June 2023, after previously working at NautaDutilh and Houthoff. Joost has a particular focus on private equity transactions, acting for both investors and sellers, and also advises on a wide range of collaborations, transactions, and structuring matters.
