Counsel

Nina Orlic has been working as counsel at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh since October 2025 and specializes in the areas of privacy, data protection (GDPR), cybersecurity, and telecommunications, with a strong focus on regulated markets, such as the financial and healthcare sectors, and technology companies, including e-commerce and social media companies. She advises clients on data compliance, digital regulation, data (risk) management, and data sharing, and represents clients in data breaches, administrative enforcement and investigations, as well as civil proceedings.

Before joining Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh, Nina worked as Counsel (Privacy & Cybersecurity) in the Dispute Resolution expertise group at Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam.
