Career

Farah Tarek Raphael is a member of Rizkana & Partners’ Dispute Resolutions team, with a particular focus on arbitration. She is a resilient and analytical lawyer who has been involved in researching and drafting arbitration memorials addressing both merits and procedural issues in construction and commercial disputes. Additionally, she has contributed to corporate transactions by assisting in bilingual contract drafting and comprehensive legal research.

Farah’s commitment to the legal profession developed early in her academic journey. During her studies, she gained practical experience through internships with leading international companies and leading law firms, in addition to participating in specialized workshops and training programs. She was also an active participant in several moot court competitions, where she received multiple internationally recognized awards.

Farah was admitted to practice law in Egypt in 2025.

Languages

English and Arabic and has working proficiency in French and German

Education

Farah holds a Bachelor of Law and Legal Studies from the German University in Cairo, graduating with highest honors. Following her graduation, she joined the German University in Cairo as a Teaching Assistant, where she teaches undergraduate students across several legal departments in both private and public law. In parallel with her academic role, she is currently pursuing an LL.M. at Ain Shams University.
