Associate

Maryam is a dedicated and detail-oriented lawyer specializing in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on arbitration. She also has experience in general corporate law, working on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and transactional matters.

Maryam was involved in arbitration cases before CRCICA, handling a diverse array of matters ranging from construction to commercial arbitration. She has also assisted on various corporate transactions, providing support in bilingual contract drafting, general corporate operations, and legal research.

Additionally, Maryam values education and is committed to continuous learning, as evidenced by her joining the Honors Program and taking additional specialized courses, such as Litigation Financing at the University of Mannheim, to further her knowledge and expertise in emerging legal fields.

Currently, Maryam serves as a Junior Associate at Rizkana & Partners Law Firm, actively working on dispute resolution and arbitration cases.

Maryam holds a Bachelor of Law in Global Law, graduating with distinction, from Tilburg University, minoring in Global Business Law. She further pursued a Master of Law in International Business Law with a focus on Digital Innovation in Commerce and Finance, graduating with Honors and writing her thesis on Investor-State Dispute Settlement and its Effect on Public Policy.
