Adv. Yshay Meirsdorf joined our firm in early 2013 and has been a partner since 2018.

Adv. Meirsdorf specializes in complex commercial litigation before various judicial instances (including derivative actions), shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency proceedings, and litigation in the field of urban renewal, including the resolution of real estate crises (development, urban renewal, financing, and related matters). He has been recognized as a Recommended Lawyer by the international ranking guide The Legal 500. Many of the litigation proceedings he manages involve claims amounting to tens of millions of NIS.

Adv. Meirsdorf regularly represents and advises a wide range of clients, including private business individuals and corporations, among them nursing care companies, manpower agencies, and private bureaus across various industries. In the real estate sector, he represents rights holders, developers, and some of the leading construction companies in Israel in a broad range of transactions and large-scale urban renewal projects, including National Outline Plan 38 (Tama 38), evacuation and reconstruction (pinui-binui), and more.

With respect to insolvency, Adv. Meirsdorf has extensive experience across all aspects of insolvency proceedings and is highly skilled in managing companies in distress and operating them within insolvency frameworks, including stay of proceedings. He is frequently appointed by the courts as an office holder in various proceedings and has handled, inter alia, the insolvency cases of B.S.R. Europe Ltd. (holding real estate assets worth hundreds of millions of euros across Europe), the “Or HaShen” dental clinics network, Hapoel Petah Tikva Football Club, the luxury cabinetry company “Hardor,” the lingerie retail chain “Bonita de Mas” (with approximately 40 branches), Lotus Civil Engineering Ltd., the Vision & Beyond group of companies, and many others.

In addition, Adv. Meirsdorf leads the firm’s pro bono activities in collaboration with the “Yad Sarah” organization, particularly in the fields of inheritance law and estate administration.
