Managing Associate

Ebru Arslan is a lawyer who has practical experience in various fields of law, particularly in criminal law. She conducts defense and representation activities in the investigation and prosecution phases; she provides strategic process management in files regarding custody, arrest, and criminal execution processes.

She started her legal education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2012; in 2014, she studied at Universidade de Santiago de Compostela within the scope of the Erasmus+ Program and gained an academic and practical perspective regarding different legal systems. She completed her undergraduate education in 2016.

She started her professional career as of 2015 by taking part in Turkey's leading law firms and prestigious law firms ranked in the Legal 500; she gained intense practical experience in the fields of criminal law and family law.

Following the receipt of her attorney license, in addition to her work carried out within corporate law firms and Turkey's leading companies, she also operated as a freelance lawyer for a period. In this process, she personally managed a wide portfolio of lawsuits, especially in the fields of criminal law, labor law, and family law. Also, she gained experience in the fields of litigation management and legal risk assessment by offering legal consultancy services to companies operating in different sectors.

She joined NAZALI Attorney Partnership in March 2020; she still continues her professional career as a Managing Associate in the Labor Law-Criminal Law Department. She carries out the duties of developing defense strategies, file management, and team coordination in criminal investigations and prosecutions requiring high sensitivity.
