Mārtiņš Galzons is a TGS Baltic Associate primarily practicing in the Banking & Finance practice group.

As a member of the banking and finance team, Martins has advised multiple clients in financing matters, mostly involving loan financing transactions and bond issues in Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, and Poland. Martins also advises clients on regulatory matters in the field of banking & finance concerning capital and financial markets as well as the application of EU and local regulatory frameworks.

In addition to banking and financial law, Martins has broad knowledge in Corporate Law and Competition Law, having assisted clients in filling multiple merger notices with the national regulatory authority and with day-to-day corporate matters of clients.
