Lucian Bondoc is the Managing Partner of Bondoc si Asociatii SCA leading for many years the Bucharest based Corporate/M&A and Competition practice groups of top level international law firms. He has extensive experience in dealing with complex sensitive corporate / M&A, competition and investments projects, including in industry sectors such as banking & financial services, consumer products, retail, pharmaceuticals, energy and natural resources.
Monica Iancu
Monica Iancu is a Partner with very large and diverse relevant transactional background, having acted in a significant number of prominent transactions, advising leading domestic and international energy companies on mergers, acquisitions, privatizations and alliances, as well as on regulatory issues related to market operation.
She has wealth of experience in the energy and natural resources field, having experience across the entire value chain, from generation to supply, transmission and distribution. She is one of the few lawyers on the market with expertise in all the energy fields (both oil and gas and electricity, renewable and conventional sources alike).
Monica has also particular interest in energy transition, nuclear, low carbon energy assets and energy regulation and has acted on complex, first-in-market transactions. She has advised on the largest project by value project in Romania (nuclear technology) and she was involved in an oil & gas project, offshore Romania, one of the most complex oil and gas transactions on the Romanian market in the recent period.
She tops her expertise with significant involvement in digitally driven energy projects which place her very well among the lawyers with full competence to advise on the whole array of projects in the context of the Green Deal.
Monica is also a well-rounded and skilled lawyer, acknowledged by clients for her expertise in virtually all TMT matters across industries such as fintech, whose expertise covers all TMT matters across a variety of industries, such as fintech, energy, retail, pharma.
She is known for her experience in connection with a variety of contracts concerning the setting up of the national wide service for the return guarantee system, including the whole package concerning the software development, acquisition and maintenance contracts for the participants registration platform and the IT equipment required to operate the system, assistance for the setting up and continuous development and upgrade of the legal attributes and conditions for a blockchain-powered platform aimed at creating an ecosystem representing the first peer-to-peer, fully decentralized energy transfer platform allowing users to send and receive energy worldwide, based on its proprietary virtual balancing system, that uses A.I, Big Data, and IoT technologies. She provides constant advise to the largest social platform in relation to all legal matters concerning the Romanian market.

Diana Ispas has over 16 years of professional experience as Romanian counsel, focusing on banking, finance and capital markets, financial services (insurance, payment services, pension funds), public & private M&A, corporate and corporate governance. Prior to joining Bondoc și Asociatii team, Diana was part of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets Department of a first-tier Romanian law firm.
Raluca Nadejde
Raluca Nadejde is a Partner with main practice areas mergers and acquisitions, competition law and corporate and commercial law. Raluca has been dealing with a significant number of transactions involving acquisitions or sales in Romania by international and local corporations, financial institutions, private equity and investment funds and she has gained significant experience in a wide array of complex issues that may arise during all phases of an M&A project- from structuring to completion of the transaction – with particular emphasis on merger clearance requirements and other antitrust aspects.
Viorel Dinu
Viorel Dinu has more than 22 years of practice in litigation and arbitration. He is one of the few Romanian litigators having benefitted from US legal training and has significant experience in corporate, commercial and civil disputes; he provided advice and support in drafting dispute resolution clauses in cross-border commercial agreements or in other major transactional matters.
Simona Petrișor
Simona Petrisor is a Partner qualified in the areas of banking & finance, capital markets, insurance and M&A. Simona has extensive experience acting for arrangers, borrowers and sponsors on a wide range of transactions with an emphasis on corporate, acquisition and project finance. She has advised both domestic and international clients on various cutting-edge transactions in capital markets, derivatives, repos and securitization.
Bogdan Bunrău
Bogdan Bunrău is a Partner with a broad corporate and commercial business expertise, with significant exposure to complex transactions and extensive experience in corporate and M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border, across a variety of industries. He has been involved in numerous acquisitions and privatizations, strategic joint-ventures; he also advises international and domestic clients in various industries.

- Assisted a bank syndicate in connection with the refinancing of more than EUR 500 million credit facilities extended to a pharmaceutical group of companies including its Romanian subsidiaries active in the production, distribution and pharmacy lines.
- Assisted a credit institution, on various matters related to the fintech industry, including contract-related matters, such as e-commerce, consumer protection aspects and distance contract requirements.
