Andreea is a Partner and the Head of the Banking & Finance practice, with over 13 years of experience in complex financing transactions. Her work spans the full spectrum of transactional finance: leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate and project finance, refinancing and restructuring mandates, as well as structured finance and security packages across multiple sectors.

She regularly acts for domestic and international banks, financial institutions, investment funds, and multinational corporates on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of high‑value financing arrangements, whether purely domestic or involving multiple jurisdictions.  Her work covers the entire lifecycle of a financing transaction, from initial structuring and term sheet negotiation to the drafting and refinement of comprehensive documentation tailored to the commercial and regulatory realities of each deal.

In addition to her transactional focus, she provides strategic regulatory guidance on the operation and expansion of financial services businesses, including licensing and passporting considerations, conduct of business requirements, prudential obligations, and the establishment of branches or local operations. She supports clients in addressing evolving regulatory frameworks and in managing the legal aspects of their day to day activities in a highly regulated environment.
