Senior advocate

Markos holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Leicester and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2013.

With more than a decade of professional experience, Markos has developed strong expertise in real estate, corporate and commercial law. His background includes involvement in complex domestic mergers and acquisitions, as well as multi-jurisdictional and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Markos served as In-House Senior Legal Counsel within a group of companies, providing strategic legal guidance aligned with long-term objectives and risk management. He has also worked as a Senior Advocate in the corporate and commercial department of a reputable law firm in Limassol, gaining experience in corporate governance, statutory compliance, drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements, as well as representing clients before the Cyprus courts.

In his current role Markos oversees corporate matters relating to Cyprus and international companies, handling both legal and administrative aspects and reviewing and drafting legal agreements and related documentation.
