Rafaella graduated in Law from the Democritus University of Thrace and was later admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2019. She is also currently undertaking her master’s degree in European studies, at the Open University of Cyprus.

Rafaella graduated with a degree in Law from the Democritus University of Thrace and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2019. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in European Studies at the Open University of Cyprus.

She holds several certifications in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Analysis from recognised institutions, including Harvard Business School and the European Institute of Management and Finance. In addition, she is a certified Mediator accredited by the ADR Cyprus Centre.

Prior to joining the firm, Rafaella practiced as a corporate, commercial, and civil litigation lawyer at local law firms. She later joined the AML Compliance Department of a Big Four accounting firm, where she gained substantial expertise in both legal practice and compliance.
