Pınar Isı, with 12 years of experience, specializes in corporate and commercial matters and mergers and acquisitions.

She advises clients on M&A transactions and assists in day-to-day corporate and commercial matters. She has represented domestic and international clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and commercial agreements across various sectors such as e-commerce, telecom, manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, and construction. Additionally, she represents local and international issuers in IPO projects.

She also has extensive experience in providing corporate and commercial advice to clients in nearly all major sectors.
