Onur Yorgun has over 10 years of experience in the Turkish legal market, with a particular focus on cross-border and domestic acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, private equity transactions, and strategic investments. He has extensive experience advising on all aspects of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Onur has represented clients and led deal teams in numerous high-profile and landmark M&A projects across various sectors, including energy, retail, manufacturing, and technology.

His expertise also includes providing day-to-day legal support on a wide range of corporate matters. He regularly advises clients on various matters, including post-closing matters, intellectual property, distribution and franchising agreements, consumer protection law, e-commerce, and sector-specific regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Akol Law, Onur held a senior position at a leading international law firm, where he gained substantial experience in complex, cross-border transactions.
