Roberta specializes in all the most significant matters dealing with Employment Law and Industrial Relations, supporting Italian and foreign companies on day-to-day advice, and on both contentious and pre-contentious matters.

She has expertise in advising companies and senior managers on a wide variety of employment matters, from due diligence in M&A acquisitions and subsidiary establishments, to senior manager engagements and dismissals.

She has recently worked with clients from numerous industries, including investment management, water treatment solutions and private equity.

Roberta Padula has been cooperating with the De Luca & Partners law firm since 2016, after having worked at a leading Italian law firm with a focus on labor law and later at a major international law firm.

Roberta graduated with honors from the University of Palermo in 2009 and she was called to Palermo Bar in 2013.

In addition to Italian, Vittorio De Luca speaks fluent English and French, due to his foreign experience and his regular assistance to multinational and foreign employers.
