Muazzez is an attorney at law and trademark & patent attorney with in-depth experience in patent, trademark, design and unfair competition litigation and counseling. Muazzez has been involved in numerous patent, trademark, and design disputes representing clients. She represented leading companies in patent disputes in relation to life sciences, chemicals, and mechanics. She is currently preparing her Master thesis focusing on patent litigation at Bilgi University.

• Represented leading companies in building up IP awareness based on patent rights in order to decrease the counterfeiting activities
• Setting up enforcement strategies for multi-national companies in patent infringement cases
• Setting up anti-counterfeiting programs for luxury brands
• Represented leading companies in life sciences, chemicals and automotive sector in patent disputes
• Represented a leading electronics company in a patent licensing project in order to license the whole market related to the patented invention
