Natela Esadze joined our team in 2024 as an intern and is currently an associate at J&T Consulting. In 2024, Natela completed an internship in private law at the Law Department of Shota Rustaveli Batumi State University. In 2024, she completed an internship at the Batumi regional office of ISFED under the mentorship of an ISFED lawyer.

In 2023, Natela Esadze graduated from Shota Rustaveli Batumi State University and received her bachelor’s degree in Law. She received her master's degree in Law after graduating from the same University in 2025.
