Adv. Avishag Yamin advises clients on investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financing transactions – from the due diligence stage to the completion of the transaction.

Avishag provides an ongoing legal counsel on corporate and high-tech law matters.

As part of her work, Avishag provides legal guidance and support to funds, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and technology companies at various stages of their development, specializing in the commercial and legal aspects of their operations.

After completing her internship in 2025 at FWMK, Avishag joined the firm as an associate.
