Since March 2025, Maciej has headed the Banking and Finance practice at CRIDO Law Firm. He provides legal advice on various types of financings, including project financings and refinancings, as well as corporate and acquisition finance projects. He advises domestic and foreign banks and other financial institutions, as well as sponsors and borrowers. He has many years of experience leading a financing transactions practice, which he gained at the Warsaw office of an international law firm. From 2016 to 2019, Maciej was a member of the supervisory board of listed company Arctic Paper S.A.
