• Since March 2025, Maciej has headed the Banking and Finance practice at CRIDO Law Firm.
• He provides legal advice on various types of financings, including project financings and refinancings, as well as corporate and acquisition finance projects.
• He advises domestic and foreign banks and other financial institutions, as well as sponsors and borrowers.
• He has many years of experience leading a financing transactions practice, which he gained at the Warsaw office of an international law firm.
• From 2016 to 2019, Maciej was a member of the supervisory board of listed company Arctic Paper S.A.

• Gained experience in reputable international law firms
• Admitted to the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw
