Ana has more than 13 years of experience in the legal field, being involved in tax and administrative litigation. She has also assisted clients in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in public procurement, insolvency and reorganization litigation.

She has extensive experience in managing interactions with the Romanian tax authorities, coordinating tax audits, preparing strategic defense positions, and representing clients throughout national administrative and judicial proceedings across all fields of taxation (i.e. VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing, withholding tax, personal taxation etc.), including in the international proceedings related to double taxation (i.e. in the mutual agreement procedures).

Her experience also includes drafting memoranda, legal opinions and providing legal advice on tax law compliance and related risks deriving from the clients’ business activities.

Ana holds a bachelor’s degree in law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty in 2013, as well as a master’s degree in Tax Law from the same faculty in 2018.
