Carmen is a Managing Associate with Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL since 2025. She provides assistance and representation in court for major clients in disputes related to administrative and tax matters as well as civil, commercial litigations and insolvency procedures.
Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Carmen was a member of the litigation department of a top tier law firm in Bucharest for 11 years where she offered legal assistance and representation before courts of justice mainly in administrative, civil and commercial litigations, insolvency procedures, enforcement procedures, providing legal advice in various fields.
Over the course of more than 11 years of legal practice, Carmen has built a solid track record in providing strategic advisory services in areas such as administrative and tax law, as well as legal assistance focused on commercial and civil matters in high‑stakes cases, advising both domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries.
