Managing Associate

Cristina Grecu has over 14 years of professional experience, advising multinational companies and individuals on a wide range of corporate and personal tax matters.

She has extensive experience in managing interactions with the Romanian tax authorities, coordinating tax inspections, preparing strategic defense positions, and representing clients throughout administrative and judicial proceedings.

Her practice covers a broad range of tax issues, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing implications, and personal taxation. Cristina regularly assists clients in drafting challenges, appeals and litigation-ready documentation, as well as in preparing detailed submissions and technical arguments in high‑stakes tax audits. She is also involved in advising clients on the tax treatment of cross‑border transactions, compliance obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Cristina holds an LL.B in law from the University of Bucharest in 2012  and an LL.M in Financial, Banking and Insurance law in 2013.
