Managing Associate

Andrada Pohaci is a Managing Associate within Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații, where she has been part of the litigation and tax controversy practice since September 2018.

During her time at Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații—the associate member law firm of EY Romania—Andrada has handled a wide range of sophisticated tax controversies, including disputes involving direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing adjustments, tax audits, and challenges to administrative decisions. Her experience includes managing cases that require in‑depth interpretation of tax legislation, European law implications, and complex technical assessments, frequently collaborating with tax, accounting, and industry specialists to build comprehensive case strategies.

Prior to joining BDA, Andrada spent more than five years at one of Romania’s leading dispute resolution firms, where she gained extensive experience in civil, commercial, and administrative litigation.
