Over the 18-year career, Adriana had the privilege of engaging in a wide array of complex legal matters involving dispute resolution, arbitration, and advisory services (legal opinions, day to day advice on RE, labor law, IP) pertaining to well-known international and local companies and public institutions across diverse industries such as real estate, pharma, telecommunications, oil and gas, energy, retail, financial services, automotive, and IT.

Adriana’s particular expertise and strengths lie in contentious and administrative litigation, employment disputes, real estate disputes, complex contractual and damages claims, as well as arbitration.

She has developed a strong practice in urban planning disputes. Adriana is involved in a wide range of administrative litigations concerning the administrative acts required in the real estate development process (including urbanism certificates, building permits, zonal urban plans, chief architect endorsements, and opportunity endorsements), as well as actions for the suspension and annulment of administrative acts. She also coordinates the preparation and drafting of legal opinions related to urban planning disputes, administrative law matters, and real estate-related litigation.

Adriana has also successfully handled various sensitive employment disputes, representing employers in challenges brought against dismissal decisions or disciplinary sanctions.
