Walter is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Department. His principal area of practice is commercial law. On the commercial side, he advises semi-state bodies, multi-national companies and domestic companies. Walter advises on all areas of commercial law including commercial corporate, intellectual property law and employment law.

• Headed the firm’s team in relation to the roll out of supermarkets throughout Ireland for an international chain.
• Acted in a number high profile acquisitions and sales of hotel companies.
