Advised on local law tax and enforceability issues in international project finance transactions. Assisted with expert input and documentation in construction and infrastructure-related arbitrations involving Qatari law.

Perla holds an LLB from Notre Dame University (Lebanon), with dual training in civil and common law. She is fluent in Arabic and English and proficient in French.
