Worked in the legal department in one of Egypt’s largest companies for 12 years, where he gained extensive analytical and legal skills. Worked as an associate at a local Egyptian law office for a period of 5 years. Drafted several legal memoranda, briefs and reports in civil, commercial, and criminal cases. Specialized in civil and commercial matters related to banking.
