Jim Bauwens is partner of the Real Estate practice and head of the regional offices Kortrijk and Ghent.

Jim assists clients with all transactions in the real estate sector (offices, buildings, retail and logistics), and has particular expertise in the retail sector.

Jim advises public regulated real estate companies, institutional and private investors as well as retailers.
