Cihan  joined GSG Hukuk in 2025, bringing his expertise in competition law to the firm. Prior to joining GSG Hukuk, Cihan has worked for the Turkish Competition Authority for 9 years as a case handler. Throughout his career, he dealt with a great amount of competition law cases spanning over different topics, sectors, and companies. He actively took part in investigations conducted in sectors such as sale of steel, cement, glass, cinema, household goods.

Cihan graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Economics in 2011 and Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2020.
