Enrico advises primarily on mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and restructurings.  During the years, Enrico specialized in the assistance to private equity funds or entrepreneurs in relation to investment transactions or divestitures of companies in Italy or abroad and he also dealt with joint ventures betweern industrial companies.

Enrico worked at important Italian and international firms whose he was partner since 2018.
