Alessandra advises domestic and international clients, mainly industrials and private equity funds, on corporate and commercial law matters, with specific focus on purchases and dismissals of participating interests and assets, M&A transactions, shareholders agreements, joint-venture and commercial agreements. Alessandra has gained also a significant experience on corporate governance matters and issues connected to the generation shifts of family owned business.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Alessandra was a partner at a leading Italian and international law firm. From 1996 to 1998 she was visiting foreign lawyer at Kennedys, London.
