Marco is partner at Giovannelli e Associati.

Marco provides assistance to Italian and foreign clients (in particular, banks, debt funds, private equity funds, companies and financial institutions) on matters of corporate crisis and insolvency and banking and finance, with a particular focus on restructuring & turn around transactions, DIP financing and distressed M&A. Marco also assists banks, debt funds and companies in relation to corporate lending, LBO, acquisition financing and asset finance transactions.

With over fifteen years of experience, Marco has been advising on systemic and innovative transactions since 2009, combining classic ordinary banking activities with restructuring and turn around transactions in a wide range of sectors, from real estate to shipping, from retail to infrastructure.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Marco worked with two leading international law firms and was responsible for the restructuring of a leading Italian bank.
