Giovanni is a partner at Giovannelli e Associati.

He specializes in investment funds across all the main asset classes, assisting domestic and international fund managers and sponsors in connection with the structuring and set up of alternative investment funds, including private equity and venture capital funds, private debt and loan origination funds, as well as real estate funds, and regularly advising them on the legal and regulatory framework of their day-to-day activities. His experience encompasses alternative investment schemes with corporate and contractual structures, funds of funds, parallel and co-investment funds, the set-up of branches and carried interest vehicles.

He also assists institutional investors, family offices and HNWI with their investments in alternative investment funds, both on primary and secondary markets, as well as with their co-investment transactions with such funds.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, Giovanni was a partner at a at leading international law firm in Milan.

Giovanni graduated in law in 2006 from the University of Padua and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2009.
