Pasquale advises private equity funds, multinational groups, entrepreneurs, industrial clients and financial institutions on M&A transactions (both domestic and cross border), corporate governance and reorganization matters.

Pasquale has worked in New York and London with prominent Wall Street and magic circle firms. Before joining Giovannelli e Associati he was one of the founders of  the Milan office of a leading US firm.

He received his LL.M. from the New York University (corporate law).
