Nicoletta is a partner at Giovannelli e Associati.

Dual-qualified in Italy and New York, Nicoletta advises Italian and foreign companies and private equity funds on a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments in public and private companies, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate matters. Nicoletta has particular and significant experience in the chemicals, food, fashion and luxury, pharmaceuticals, industrials sectors, as well as NPLs.

Before joining Giovannelli e Associati, she worked at leading domestic and international law firms in Milan.

Nicoletta graduated summa cum laude from Bocconi University Law School of Milan in 2004, and received an LL.M. cum laude in Banking, Corporate and Finance from Fordham University School of Law of New York in 2011.

She was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2007 and to the New York Bar in 2012
