She manages a team of lawyers of the Commercial Law Department in the following branches: Katowice and Kraków.

In her practice, she specialises in commercial company law (including public companies) and M&A transactions. She advises on planning and directs corporate reorganisation and restructuring processes (transformations, mergers, demergers of commercial companies, asset allocation) in both large capital groups and family businesses.

She also provides comprehensive advice on M&A transactions, from pre-transaction due diligence with a particular focus on corporate issues through to transaction structuring and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation. She supports clients in developing an effective corporate structure as well as day-to-day corporate services.

Previously, she gained experience in reputable law firms in the Silesian market.

She was registered on the list of attorneys-at-law at the Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

Graduate of law studies and postgraduate studies in European Union law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. Graduate of postgraduate MBA studies.
