Mariusz Kowolik oversees the work of the Civil Law and Litigation Department, the Administrative Law Department, the Bankruptcy Law and Enforcement Proceedings Department, and the Public Procurement Law Department.

He has extensive experience in handling the largest court disputes for the key clients, before common courts, the Supreme Court, and arbitration courts. He also specialises in legal support for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring processes, and negotiation processes. He has many years of experience in due diligence processes and various types of M&A transactions, Private Equity/Private Debt, and joint venture structures. In restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, he represents the clients on both the debtor and creditor sides (including numerous times as a representative of the members of the Creditors’ Council), and he also provides substantive support to SiW Doradcy Restrukturyzacyjni Sp. z o.o. within the roles performed by this entity in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and the American Law School organised in cooperation with The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He has completed judicial training (judicial examination).
