Krešimir Kiš has been a partner at the firm since 2013. He advises clients on all aspects of commercial law, with particular experience in contractual matters, primarily in the construction and automotive industries. Krešimir has extensive experience in real estate transactions and property development and, as both a team member and team leader, has participated in numerous complex real estate and construction projects.

He also has a successful track record in resolving a broad range of commercial and bankruptcy-related disputes, as well as competition law matters.
