Tomislav Orehovec was one of the founders of the firm in 2005. In his role as a team leader, he advises Croatian and international companies on a range of complex projects and business transactions, particularly in the banking and financial services and utilities sectors. His practice focuses on structuring high-end corporate projects and cross-border transactions. Tomislav has extensive experience in finance and complex M&A transactions, as well as in restructuring and bankruptcy matters.

He passed the bankruptcy trustee examination in 2011 and is listed in the register of certified bankruptcy trustees. He is also the author of professional articles in the fields of corporate and commercial law.
