Senior Associate Solicitor

Emma is a senior associate in the Court of Protection team in Cambridge. She assists clients in managing their personal injury compensation either through a Deputyship under the Court of Protection or by way of a Personal Injury Trust. She acts for a wide range of clients including children and adults who have suffered a brain injury as a result of clinical negligence or serious injury and who need assistance in the on-going management of their compensation award.

She also provides advice to the families of clients who have lost capacity - for example as a result of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease - where we can assist either by acting as Professional Deputy or by providing advice on the process to appoint a family member as lay Deputy.
