Kimberley joined Irwin Mitchell in 2011 after completing her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University. She started her career in the Court of Protection department as an Administrator, progressing to Paralegal in 2013, Trainee Solicitor in 2016 and then qualified in March 2018.

She is now an Associate Solicitor in our Court Of Protection team based in our Newcastle office. Under a Professional Deputyship, she manages the Property and Affairs of those who lack the mental capacity to do so themselves. She also supports those with capacity to manage their own Property and Affairs under a Personal Injury Trust.
