Will is a senior associate solicitor in the Court of Protection, based in our Sheffield office. He has worked in Court of Protection since 2012, having previously worked in Wills, Trusts and Estates.
Will works closely with clients who have suffered a personal injury and received a subsequent financial compensation settlement. This includes Trust and Deputyship work in many fields such as employment, property, Wills, and public law. He also deals with Statutory Wills, Personal Injury Trusts, and applications to Court.
