Leigh is a solicitor in the Court of Protection team in the Bristol office. She specialises in managing the property and financial affairs of people who are not capable of doing so themselves due to a brain injury.

As well as the day to day management of an individual’s property and financial affairs, her role also includes preparing applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a Property and Financial Affairs Deputy (both lay and professional) and Statutory Wills.

She also works closely with our Personal Injury and Medical Negligence teams to provide litigation support from a Court of Protection perspective. This includes managing interim payments for clients when a claim is still on going.
