Mark is a Senior Associate in the Birmingham Medical Negligence team, having worked at Irwin Mitchell since 2013.
He acts for clients in medical law cases in areas such as accident and emergency, cancer, birth injury, spinal injuries, fatalities, misdiagnosis and surgery. He is known for his tactical approach to cases and the fantastic results he's achieved. Mark has completed training provided by Mental Health First Aid England to become a Healthy Mind Advocate.
Prior to joining the firm, he studied Law at the University of Birmingham and graduated in 2011. He then studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law and graduated with a Distinction in 2012. Mark then worked as an Information Governance Officer at Nottinghamshire Police and travelled across South America and Australia.
